About Tash

I'm Natasha "Tash" Durkins, a leadership strategist, executive coach, and bestselling author. I previously served as Acting Deputy Assistant Administrator at the Federal Aviation Administration, leading organizations of more than 1,400 people through transformation and cultural change.
Today I help senior leaders replace silence, reactivity, and self-protection with clear truth, grounded compassion, and principled action. My belief is simple: leadership credibility is built not by saying the perfect thing, but by saying the true thing well.
